I’m not one for Valentine’s day, but today was nice. I met with a new family that I’ll be babysitting for, I worked my entertainment shift that included arts ‘n’ crafts with the kids and I caught a live performance by The Swellers. Nicest of all, I had a valentine. One of my best friends in Florida left me a voicemail claiming the title. Such a darling.

Finally went to a show last night! (Besides the Monday night routine, of course.) I didn’t know any of the music before going, but I had a good time. We only caught two bands.
